A 12-year-old female child presented to our outpatient department with diminition of vision since 1 year. On examination, her best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 20/20 in both eyes with glasses. Anterior segment was normal. Fundus showed bilateral disc edema. Ultrasonography B scan showed bilateral hyperechoic shadow at disc. Red free photograph of fundus showed hyperflorescence of disc [Figure 1]. What is the spot diagnosis?
